At the end of October I had a pleasure to work for the fantastic couple who took wedding at the heart of the most fashionable London area– Mayfair in Connaught Hotel. It is a magical place in many ways. 114 years of tradition, and the fact that it was opened by Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg – Queen Victoria’s late husband. Despite its location it is surrounded with many green areas, which we used as the background for the pre-wedding session. During the session Olayide and Ewere surprised me with their professional approach towards it, and it was absolute pleasure from the first to last minutes. As it turned out the day later, they were also very calm at the wedding and could enjoy the reception and the whole day. I tell you, there were many things to enjoy at their wedding. The wedding and reception had unforgettable atmosphere, with Marylin Monroe greeting the guests and with the photo booth. During smaller ceremonies, the wedding couple have the opportunity to talk, or even dance with almost every invited guest. Owing to it they can experience their wedding more intensively, as well as the guests, for whom the wedding couple is sometimes unavailable during very big receptions. It was definitely a fantastic day with many great pictures taken to remind us of it. Take a look at some of them:

On Sunday for the first time an opportunity to meet Simla and Anvyl – a couple who is getting married in two weeks’ time in London. The pre-wedding session also took place in London and we started from iMax at Southbank. The weather was fine but the wind still strong. We walked from iMax past the Oxo Tower until we reached London Eye and Big Ben. Despite Sunday and usual crowds at Westminster we finally got to Buckingham Palace. When chasing squirrels we were able to enjoy sun and green areas despite December waiting round the corner. Alvyn and Simla were full of ideas for session scenarios and as I can see now from the pictures we managed to accomplish all of them. After such pre-wedding session the wedding itself promises to be fantastic. Here are some photos from last Sunday:

I had a pleasure to spend last weekend on taking photos during two pre-wedding sessions. The first one took place in the surrounding of James’ favourite football stadium– Arsenal F.C. The wind was blowing but Helena and James were very brave and kept the impression that it was autumn not winter. So did the photographer. As the weather was not the best one there were few people in front of the stadium and we did not have to make our way through the crowd. The coffee also tasted somehow different - better. I would like to thank the couple for their patience, smile and generally a fantastic day together. The wedding is planned for the March 2012 but it was nice to meet again, talk and see the church in which the ceremony will take place. It will be spring for a change and I can’t wait for it to come. Take a look at six favourite pictures from this session:
